I'm 17 and want to raise money for two Ehlers Danlos Syndrome charities & raise funds for my invisible disability blog

It can be tempting to give as much detail as possible to sell your idea but sometimes too many words can be overwhelming. Win people over by making your idea easy to understand.
How many of you have heard of EDS? It's a heridatory condition of the joints and results in constant pain and even death. I want to raise money for EDS charities because many EDS sufferers look 'normal' and don't look disabled. So I would like to raise the money to help raise awareness about invisible disabilities like EDS and also to fund my invisible disability blog!
Because such little is known about EDS, many people live with the condition but are undiagnosed. It took me 16 years to be diagnosed with EDS a condition I was born with and so by raising awareness I can help reach those that need the support these charities offer!
Not very long, if I was fortunate enough to raise the money I would donate £5,000 to one EDS charity and £5,000 to another (yet to be decided) the remaining money I will use to help raise awareness about invisible disabilities in other ways, such as help fund my invisible disability blog.
None whatsoever, its a simple donation and funding idea.
I suffer with EDS, I know how it feels to look 'normal' but be in constant pain. Now I have a lot of support with coping my condition and I would like to offer that support to as many others as I can.
