Our mission is to take dance as a skill trained only by professionals and individuals looking to become dancers, and introduce it as a every day ritual to women of all shapes and sizes, natural women. Dance can be used as a strong tool to increase confidence and prepare us for our every day life challenges. Lady dance has been created by women, for women in complete understanding of their needs and desires.
Our wish is to empower women to explore their sensuality and unlock their feminine energy. We approach our client’s individuality and work to identify their individual needs and motivations and guide them through their progress. Still we wish to create a strong sense of community and engage women to get together and participate in various classes and activities. We replace the competitive environment in dance with a co-operative, safe and supportive environment.
