Left school and have no ambition or direction? 1-2-1 helps teens talk to other teens 1-2-1 about their futures.

It can be tempting to give as much detail as possible to sell your idea but sometimes too many words can be overwhelming. Win people over by making your idea easy to understand.
When some of us left school eary, we had no idea what jobs we wished to persuit, or which direction we wanted to go. With 1-2-1, kids of the same age meet 1-2-1 when they have left school to discuss interests, hobbys, ideas and beliefs to promote thinking about thier futures. By answering each question in the itinerary, each hour, the group can discuss everthing they like, build up a friendship and help one another out of the 'unemployment' zone, and into a career or training. Today there is alot of pressure to go to university, and many feel out of place without GCSE's or A-Levels. This isn't the case, as there are many other careers available not taught at school. It is 1-2-1's job to help provide and inform teens of thier options after leaving school, and in working toward this goal, teens meet with other teens, socialise and get paid.
Today youth unemployment is growing, university fee's are increasing and people are becoming disenfranchied with thier society. After leaving school it can be a slippery slope in getting involved with training or learning again, and many people will end up thinking, is this how i really wanted to live my life? With 1-2-1 we give all teens the oppertunity to discover what it is they want to do, and for as long as it takes we will aim to help guide them through our teams of coordinators and researchers, to help them find a career in what it is they are interested in.
To set up teams of researchers and coordinators in each city or town, it would take up to 2 months of recruiting. Whilst this is being conducted paper work, logo's, advertising and framework can be formulated. However, it completly depends on the amount of teens leaving school within the area, and thier compliance with the 1-2-1 scheme. However in some areas this figure will be higher and therefore these are the suggested target audiences for this scheme to begin.
The scheme will most likely be government funded, after the initial investment, however my only concern is the success of the scheme in empoloyment to coopperation ratio, There is a possibility many will want to persue careers in fields that a job or simply training, are not available.
I believe in the idea, and i know it makes sence. We need to move society into the future and schemes like this one are needed to give teens a boost into sectors outside of acedemia. Encouraging teens to meet with other teens will help them in social skills aswel as engaging a serious set of questions in a relaxed fiendly environment. I have the capacity to work for this goal, now i need you to place a stake in my idea. Thanks for reading.
