Many LGBT teens in the UK have no access to any form of club or local pride event; either because it is on at inconvenient time or it simply isn't close enough.
How will your idea make a difference to people’s lives?
Many LGBT teens have many worries and concerns about themselves and the way they feel, however, through this many LGBT teens would come to terms with their situation and start to feel proud, instead of hide their identity.
How long would it take to make your idea a reality?
It would take speaking to councils, schools and local venues.
Do you have any concerns with making your idea happen?
Often, LGBT teens are too scared to go to these events, resulting in a poor turn-out and a club the venue wants to discontinue.
Why do you think you’re the right person to make this idea a success?
As a gay teen I am passionate about people taking pride in who they are as we are all made the same, I think its a shame to see people deny their identity and feel so lonely and thus hide their true identity, as the teenage years are confusing for anyone, let alone the LGBT.
