Whilst doing research for my MSc at Kings looking into the environmental problem of food waste, when I realised the size of the issue here in the UK. I was literally on one side of the road taking photos and writing notes about the amounts of fruit and veg being thrown away at the market, when I realised the homeless mission on the other side of the road.
