Tell us a bit more about your idea.
We are hiring out the Picturedrome in Northampton where we will be holding the event.
We are looking into playing your videos on the big screen for everyone to see as well as an open mic for performers AND live skits on stage.
Sam Pepper is going to be attending the event as well.
How will your idea make a difference to people’s lives?
People can come along for two things. They can meet their online heroes, and they can perform to a live audience and get real time feedback from the viewers. They would gain confidence as well as an audience.
How long would it take to make your idea a reality?
We have a booking to run our first even in February, and have three organisers working every day to make sure everything goes perfectly!
Do you have any concerns with making your idea happen?
At the moment, financial backing is our main concern. We want to keep this event FREE, run on investments and kind donations from attendees.
Why do you think you’re the right person to make this idea a success?
The three of us organising the event have grown from NOTHING on YouTube and so we know how it is to start off. We are well connected in the community and are full of enthusiasm!
